Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kaja Beauty purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetic products may only be eligible for store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
